My Overview
The My Overview page provides a customized menu for each member user. Depending on the areas of Access ACS that each user can access, the page displays differently.
You can collapse and expand sections on the My Overview page. To collapse or expand a section, click the section heading bar.
I Want to View
The I Want to View section contains links for viewing information.
Available Classes
— Click to view and join available classes.
Available Activities
— Click to view and join available activities.
Available Small Groups
— Click to view and request to join available small groups.
Available Upcoming Events
— Click to view and register for upcoming events.
My Complete Profile
— Click to view and edit your individual information.
My Contributions
— Click to view year-to-date or previous year contributions and print your plain paper tax statement. Give!
My Connections
— Click to view your outreach and small group connections.
My Groups
The My Groups section displays up to ten groups that you belong to. This includes classes, activities, and small groups. Using the Action drop-down lists, you can export information to Microsoft Excel, send a group e-mail, print mailing labels, print a group directory, and mark or view small group attendance. If you belong to more than ten groups, click View All to view the My Groups page.
My Calendar
The My Calendar section displays a list of events for the current day and a calendar grid for the current and following months. You may add events to the Personal Calendar. These will only show on your page. To view event details, click an event name.
My Volunteer Commitments
The My Volunteer Commitments section displays a list of volunteer needs that you have committed to for the next seven days. The list also displays the volunteer position, date, and leader. To view details, click the volunteer need name. To e-mail the leader of the volunteer need, click the leader's name. To view a complete list of commitments, click View More.
My Event Registrations
The My Event Registrations section displays a list of the future events for which you are registered. The list provides the event name, contact person's e-mail address, event start date, event end date, and your registration status. You can also cancel event registrations in this section. To cancel a registration, click Cancel beside the appropriate event.
