You can edit or delete your profile information. Once you save your changes, the administrator receives a change request. The changes do not display until the administrator approves the change request.
Select myPBC tab at the top of this page and log in to your account.
Click the My Profile tab.
At the top of the page, click on the PENCIL icon.
Under Personal Information, enter your changes.
Click Submit.
If you have appropriate rights, you can add photos to individual and family profiles. All photos must be in .jpg format. You cannot delete approved photos. Once you add the photo, the administrator receives a change request. Before the photo displays, the administrator must approve the change request.
Select myPBC tab at the top of this page and log in to your account.
Click the My Profile tab.
At the top of the page, click the PENCIL icon.
On the Change Request page, click Picture.
Click Browse. The Choose file dialog box displays.
In the Choose file dialog box, select the photo that you want to upload and click Open.
Click Save.
Click the My Profile tab.
At the top of the page, click the PENCIL icon.
On the Change Request page, click Family.
At the top of the page, click Family Picture.
Click Browse. The Choose file dialog box displays.
In the Choose file dialog box, select the photo that you want to upload and click Open.
Click Save.
If you have appropriate rights, you can delete photos from your individual and family profiles. You can only delete photos that display under New Picture. If necessary, you can change the photo that displays in your profile.
Click the My Profile tab.
At the top of the page, click Edit or Review Changes.
On the Change Request page, click Picture.
Click Delete.
Click Save.
Click the My Profile tab.
At the top of the page, click Edit or Review Changes.
On the Change Request page, click Family.
At the top of the page, click Family Picture.
Click Delete.
Click Save.
