Connection Group Facilitators Needed
In accomplishing the mission of our church of leading people to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, we must provide effective means for people to connect to the family of God. “Connection Groups” facilitate this process. New groups are constantly forming.
These groups are typically comprised of 10-12 people who meet weekly as they experience life together. The common bond in these groups may be life stage, interest, ministry or a special need. As these small groups meet they pray together, enjoy fellowship, and encourage each other, all centered on God’s Word. Some groups choose to use the Bible alone, some use LifeWay material, and many others choose various approved Bible-based curriculum, affording flexibility in choosing topical studies to meet the needs of each group.
Facilitators are needed to lead these adult groups. Following below are a few specific areas presently targeted. We are not looking for teachers. We need qualified individuals who “facilitate” small group gatherings. These groups meet on-campus on designated days, while many choose to meet off-campus at various times throughout the week.
